The Bulletproof Revenue Model has 6 primary components. This is THE system we’ve used to do over $200M in sales for our own business and close to a billion collectively for clients over the past several years.
I’m publishing all the concepts here. If you need help executing or optimizing your marketing strategy, let me know.
Here’s a list of the 6 components:
- Core Principles – This is a list of principles to which all other components apply. This is the framework. It’s the foundation. It’s the 10 commandments basically. Except there are more than 10, and they’ll save your business but not your soul. You still need to do the spiritual stuff on your own. It’s just an analogy man, but you get the point.
- Attention – The cornerstone of any nutritious breakfast. Without attention, you’ve got nothing. These are the components and strategies for getting the attention you need to have any shot of reaching your goals. If you don’t have people’s attention, you don’t even get to swing the bat. This is where it starts.
- Engagement – A lot of businesses and social media personalities are amazing at getting attention. But attention alone, all by itself, is just noise. You need eyes on you, but you also need to know what to do next. Engagement begins the process of getting people INVOLVED in what you’re doing. You’re starting to build the relationship. You’ve caught a potential partner’s eyes. Now it’s time to ask them out on an actual date.
- Commitment – So you’re on a date, and you’re hitting it off well. The girl seems to actually like you for some reason. It’s time to skillfully (and a little swagger doesn’t hurt) ask for a second date. And a third. And when the time is right, propose marriage. In business, we call it “closing the deal”. If you move too fast, it falls apart. If you lose your game in the middle of the process, it falls apart. This critical phase is when you find out what you and your potential partner are both actually made of. Trust me, in matters of business this process is much simpler than in matters of love. I’m talking about building businesses here, folks. If you figure out the actual love shit, let me know;)
- Legacy – This is when you build your family. This is your tribe. Your community. Call it what you like. Just because you put a ring on it doesn’t mean the courtship ends. You want to keep the girl? Then you keep doing the things that made her fall in love with you in the first place. Want your kids to take care of you in your old age? Want the family name to live on forever? This is Legacy.
- Benchmarks – So many of the businesses and professionals I’ve consulted with over the years have generated millions of dollars yet have almost no idea which components of their marketing are working and which are not. They’ll spend $2, $5, $50k a month on marketing, but when we ask which part of their marketing is most effective and generating the best results, they don’t know. They know it’s working, and they’re right. But without the proper analytics and benchmarks in place, the opportunity to optimize doesn’t exist. Here’s the super scary part: if you aren’t tracking it, you can’t optimize it. And if you can’t optimize it, when what you’re doing stops working (it’s a matter of if, not when), you can’t fix it…and at that point you’re looking at a VERY expensive, possibly catastrophic loss. Entire companies have gone under because they couldn’t optimize. Nothing in this world is “set it and forget it”. The work goes on. Benchmarks show you what to track, what to expect and how to tweak things as you go, so you can intelligently manage your results.
This is the overview. It’s a lot of content. I’m investing a lot into making it as consumable and easy to digest as possible. This isn’t just link bait B.S. I’m publishing to get your attention. I’m literally sharing a framework you can use to sell millions of dollars of your products and services. If you would like help putting the pieces into place, I’m here for you.
